 This market can be tough. My job is to help you write an offer that makes sense for you, but still stands out to the seller. We’ll talk through price, terms, timing, and what matters most to the seller so we are not guessing. If we lose one, we learn why, adjust, and come back stronger.

 Nobody wants to overpay. Before you offer, I’ll show you the comps and explain what I’m seeing in the market so you can make a confident decision. If we find problems during inspection, I’ll help you prioritize what actually matters and negotiate the right way, based on real numbers.
